摘　　要：目的掌握病区人群在本病流行期前和流行期间心电图变化情况。方法选择反复发病区大姚县石羊镇叭腊么村委会阿基苴自然村和腾冲县界头乡东华村作为监测点，于2005～2006年流行期前和流行期间分别对监测人群进行心电图检查，并对结果进行统计学分析处理。结果监测点人群异常心电图主要表现为：ST-T改变、Q-T间期延长、房室传导阻滞、早搏、窦性心动过速、完全性右束支传导阻滞、左前分支传导阻滞等心肌损害表现；2006年监测点流行期前心电图异常率较2005年同期水平明显增高，亦高于流行期间，各点单独分析也提示2006年流行期前异常率明显高于2005年同期水平，亦高于流行期间。结论病区人群心电图异常率在流行期前和流行期间均较高。致病因子持续作用于广大病区人群，以攻击心脏造成心肌损伤为突出表现；发病年致病因子的活跃程度较常年强烈，致病作用加强；在云南不明原因心源性猝死广大病区开展如心电图检查这样的常规监测，能起到及早发现病例、降低发病、减少损失的作用。Objective In order to master the electrocardiogram （ECG） before epidemic and during epidemic in the areas of the unexpected sudden cardiac death in Yunnan （ USCD ）. Methods People of 3 to 60 years old from Ajiju Village of Dayao County and Donghua Village of Tengchong County were taken electrocardiogram before epidemic and during epidemic in 2005 and 2006. Then the data were analyzed. Results The abnormal ECG were mainly ST- T alteration, Q -T prolongation, atrioventricular block, premature beat, sinus tachycardia, complete right bundle branch block, left anterior hemiblock. The abnormal ratio before epidemic in 2006 were higher than that in 2005, and also higher than that during epidemic in 2006. The results also consisted in every area. Conclusions The abnormal ratio in USCD areas were higher than others. The risk factors were persistently attack the cardiac muscle of the people who are living in the USCD areas, and stronger in the year when there are sudden death case happened. Electrocardiography is very important for controlling and preventing the USCD.
