摘　　要：文章从网络信息资源的概念及特性入手,分析了图书馆网络信息资源组织与管理面临的问题,提出了相应的对策。From the concept and character of the network information resource, the problems and countermeasures of the management and organization of network information resource in library are analyzed in this article.
