摘　　要：电子图书以其灵活便捷、个性化、现代化等优势而受到人们的青睐,发展速度迅猛。但它的发展也不可避免地遇到了诸多制约因素,比如阅读习惯、版权保护、电子商务环境、格式标准不统一、阅读成本、网络安全以及其它配套服务等。文章简要介绍了我国电子图书的发展现状,综述了电子图书在发展中存在的各种问题,并对电子图书的发展趋势做了预测。E-book is popular with people because of its superiority of flexible convenience , character and modernization therefore gets a speedy development . However,it meets inevitably with a lot of restricting factors such as reading custom ,copyright protection ,electronic commerce environment various form standards ,reading cost , Intemet security and other supporting services. This essay introduced the current situation of actual development of E-book in China and summarized the problems existed in the development of E-books predicts the trend of development of e-book.
