摘 要:应用因子分析对21份抗虫杂交棉新组合15个主要性状进行了分析。结果表明,前6个公因子的累计贡献率达91.88%,各性状的共同度表现均较高,基本能保持15个性状中绝大部分性状的信息量。若以6个公因子作为综合指标进行聚类分析,可聚为6类,且每一类都表现出明显的特征。通过建立综合评价数学模型,并根据各组合综合评价F值大小及聚类分析结果,决选杂交棉优良组合,可为选育理想的抗虫杂交棉组合提供科学理论依据。Factor analysis was performed for 15 main characters of 21 hybrid cotton.The results indicated that the contribution of the first six factors to total variation of population studied accounted for over 91.88%.Communality of each character was high.The first six factors could keep the amount of information of the overwhelming majority character inside 15 characters.Using the first six factors for index,the 21 combination of hybrid cotton were grouped into 6 clusters by hierachical clustering method,and each cluster expressed the obvious characteristic.By establishing synthetic evaluation mathematics model,and according to the number of F of each combination and the result of hierachical clustering,the good combination of hybrid cotton could be chosen definitely.It could provide the science theoretical basis for breeding ideal combination of insect-resistant hybrid cotton.
