区级医院医疗废物管理现状与对策

摘　　要：目的对区级医疗卫生机构的医疗废物管理现状进行分析，进一步规范医疗废物的处置，为建全管理措施提供依据。方法抽查区级各类医疗机构72所，依据医疗废物管理条例、规范、方法及结合本区实际设置统一医疗废物检查内容，综合分析各级医疗机构医疗废物管理现状。结果一、二级医院与社康中心，在医疗废物的组织管理、分类、运送、存放、包装、移交、最终处置的合格率方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在防护、培训、考核合格率方面比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．033，P〈0．05）。结论一、二级医院及社康中心组织机构及处理流程基本完善；而社康中心的各级医护人员需进一步加强的感染知识培训及防护教育，对防止职业暴露危险的发生是十分必要的。Objective In order to know the managing condition of medical wastes in medical institute of districts, and then support countermeasures. Methods Spot-checked 72 medical institutes about the condition of medical wastes, and then analyzed the result. Results There were no significant differences in the approved rates of management, classification, transportation, storing of medical wastes between the hospitals and the community health care centers.（P〉 0.05）. There was a significant difference in the approved rate of protection,training, examining about treating medical wastes between them （χ^2=-4.033, P= 0.045）. Conclusions The organization and treating process to medical wastes is basically perfect, however, the staff of community health care center need more training about knowledge of infection and more education about protection.
