群体性大面积烧伤患者休克期抢救速记单的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨休克期抢救速记单在群体性大面积烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法将65例大面积休克期烧伤患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例，观察组分诊和抢救时使用速记单，对照组则采用老式记录单。评价2组信息量、护理工作量、文书质量和护理满意度。结果首次评估搜集的信息量、完成规范文书的时间和质量及医护人员的满意度方面，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论速记单满足了医护人员在紧张忙乱的环境中快速抢救患者生命，及时做好护理记录的需要，提高了抢救成功率。Objective In order to know the effects of first aid stenography form for group bum patients in the course of shock stage. Methods Divided 65 bum patients in shock stage into the observation group （33 cases） and control group （32 cases） randomly. Traditional bum first aid stenography form was used in the control group, while the improved first aid stenography form was used in the observation group. Compared the nursing quality between the two groups. Results The nursing quality in the observation group was significant better than that of in control group, the nursing working load in the observation group was significant fewer than that of in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Improved first aid stenography form can improve the nursing quality, and then improve the success of first aid for bum patients.
