腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术患者的护理方法。方法对8例浸润型膀胱癌患者施行腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术，并对护理要点进行总结。结果本组8例患者手术时间平均7h，出血量平均380ml。术后3周双肾显影良好，无输尿管反流及梗阻，代膀胱充盈良好，容量约300ml，所有患者术后无排尿困难及尿失禁。结论腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱手术减少了手术损伤，手术后恢复较快。准确熟练的手术配合对手术的顺利进行有重要意义。Objective In order to know the nursing points for patients with complete cystectomy and reconstruction of bladder with ileum by laparoscopic. Methods Complete cystectomy and reconstruction of bladder with ileum by laparoscopic was used for 8 patients with bladder tumor, the nursing points were summarized. Results Tbe operating time of 8 patients was 7-8 hours, and the total blood reached 300-450 ml. All the operation were successful without severe complication. Conclusion Complete cystectomy and reconstruction of bladder with ileum by laparoscopic can effectively avoid operationrelated injury, and then improve the quality of life for patients.
