摘　　要：实现对权力的监督与制约是我国政治体制改革的重要目标之一。研究马克思主义关于权力监督与制约的思想,借鉴西方权力制衡理论,总结社会主义国家政权建设的实践,应坚持将对权力的监督与制约作为政治体制改革的重要目标,推进我国政治发展。The realization of power supervistion and constraint is one important goal of China＇s Political restructuring.We should study the Marxism thoughts on power supervision and constraint and learn from western power balance theory and summarize the practices on the construction of socialist state regime.The goal should be stuck to and be used to promote the political development of our country.
