摘　　要：二十世纪九十年代末以来,我国一些地方政府在政治、行政和公共服务领域进行了许多改革与创新。本文对我国地方政府创新的动力进行了分析,概括了地方政府创新的特征,在此基础上,对我国地方政府的创新趋势进行了论述。Since at the end of 1990s,our country some local authorities inpolitics,the administration and the public service domain havecarried on many reforms and the innovation.This article has carriedon the analysis to our country local authority innovation power,summarized the local authority innovation characteristic,in thisfoundation,has carried on the elaboration to our country localauthority＇s innovation tendency.
