摘　　要：介绍了一种以PC104模块为核心,以WIN98操作系统为平台,使用VB 6.0开发的数据采集和控制系统,该系统成功地应用于改进型闪烁测量仪中,使该测量仪能够对多个样品实现多种测量方式,如延时测量、定时测量和重复测量等,并能对采集的数据进行显示、存储和分析。详细叙述了仪器的结构组成,软、硬件设计和实现方法,并指出了设计中关键技术。实践证明该改进型液体测量仪具有操作简单、自动化程度高和性能可靠的优点。A data acquisition and control system was introduced which took a PC104 module as the core, took WIN98 operating system as the platform and used VB 6.0 as implementation language. The system has been applied to a modified liquid scintillator measuring ap- paratus successfttUy, this makes the apparatus can measure several specimens with multiple modes such as delay measurement, timing measurement and repeat measurement, and display, save and analyze the data acquired. The structure of apparatus, the design of hard- ware and software, the realization were described in details, and the critical techniques used in the design was also presented. It has been proved by practice that this measuring apparatus has many merits such as easy operation, high autornaticity and high reliability.
