摘　　要：通过对XY45易切削钢的成分、性能、冶炼工艺的探索,掌握了该钢种的生产要点。从根本上降低了铸坯在凝固冷却过程中产生的热应力,减少了铸坯皮下及角部、内部裂纹,成功开发出了高产、优质的XY45易切削钢。Through researching the chemical composition, properties and smelting process of the XY45 free cutting steel, the productive essentialities of this steel were mastered. The thermal stress, cracks under skin, corner cracks and internal cracks of the billets which produced during the solidification process were obviously decreased, and the XY45 free cutting steel of the high quantity production and fine qualitly was successfully developed.
