摘 要:目前我国银行与保险公司的合作发展很快,现有两大类八种模式:一类是非股权合作形式,包括交叉销售协议和战略联盟两种模式;一类是股权合作形式,包括设立新公司、收购、合并等六种模式。我国银行与保险公司的合作经过十几年的演变,目前已经形成了以交叉销售协议模式为主,局部层面的销售联盟、银保绕道资本合作和成立集团控股公司等多种合作模式并存的局面。现行的合作模式是合理的,混业经营下并不存在最优的单一模式,保险公司选择合作模式应是目标、市场、公司的动态匹配。The cooperation between Chinese banks and insurers are moving along very fast. There are currently 8 models of cooperation in 2 broad categories. One category is non-equity cooperation which includes the models of cross-selling agreement and strategic alliance. The other category is equity cooperation which includes 6 models of setting up new entities, acquisition, merging, etc. With over 10 years' of interaction between banks and insurers, there is a co-existence of multiple cooperation models with cross-selling as the major form, and sales alliances in selected areas, bancassurance through capital cooperation and establishment of group holding companies. This situation is rational given that there is not a single optimal model in a comprehensive operation environment. Insurers should take into account the issues of target, market and dynamic matching between the partners when selecting a cooperation model.
