摘　　要：随着我国越来越多的保险公司从单体法人公司转向多法人保险集团,如何科学合理地界定保险集团总部的职能就成为目前我国保险集团亟需解决的重要问题。根据我国保险集团发展现状,集团总部应侧重于战略管理、资本运营、班子管理、财务管理、业绩考核、审计监督、品牌建设、文化构建、风险控制和协同管理等职能。With more and more Chinese insurance companies turning from a single legal person company to multiple legal person group companies, the issue of how to properly define the role of the group company headquarter has become a pressing issue. In view of the current situation of China＇s insurance group companies, we suggest that the head office of group companies should focus on strategy management, capital operation, senior executives management, financial management, performance appraisal, auditing oversight, brand buildup, culture cultivation, risk control and coordination management, etc.
