摘　　要：溶质运载蛋白家族(solute carrier family,SLC)和ATP结合盒转运蛋白家族(ATP binding cas-sette family,ABC)在药物吸收、消除和组织分布中起重要作用。本综述将对有机阴离子转运肽(or-ganic anion transporting polypeptide,OATP)的最新命名、分类、组织分布、功能及在药物转运中的作用加以介绍。Solute carrier family （ SLC ） and ATP binding cassette family （ ABC ） play important roles in absorption, elimination and distribution of drugs. The review is aimed to introduce the latest nomenclature , categorization and tissue distribution of organic anion transporting polypeptides （oatp/OATP）.
