摘　　要：分子器件中,电子主要是弹道输运,本文总结了非平衡格林函数理论及其与Landauer-Buttiker理论、局域电流分布理论的关系。Most of the electrons＇ transport in molecular devices are ballistic. We reviewed nonequilibrium Green＇s function, and its relationship with the Landauer-Buttiker theory and the theory of spatial distribution of electric current.
