摘 要:目的建立快速有效的减少尿镉测定中尿基体干扰的预处理方法,改善尿镉原子吸收光谱测定的效果。方法通过比较不同稀释剂、基体改进剂、升温程序及温度对尿镉测定的影响,选择0.25%Mg(NO3)2-0.5%TritonX-100作为样品稀释剂,0.1%Pdcl2-0.125%Mg(N03)2-0.5%TritonX-100-1%HNO3为基体改进剂,采用三步匀速干燥的石墨炉升温程序。该方法灵敏度b=0.21370A(μg/L),检测限为0.0716μg/L,相对偏差为0.8%~1.5%,回收率为98.8%~99.2%,线性范围0~10Ixg/L,样品稳定性〉10天。检测某电池厂镉作业工人60人,同时检测非镉接触的某单位工作人员79人,尿镉测定结果分别为(7.31±4.37)μg/gcr和(1.23±1.11)μg/gcr,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.000)。结论该方法尿样可直接稀释测定,简单、快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,可满足大批量检测的要求。Aim To establish a quick and effective method to reduce urine substrate disturbance pretreatment method, to improve urine cadmium graphite atom absorption spectrum detect method effect. Method Though compare the effect of different diluent, substrate modifying addition, temperature programming and temperature on urine cadmium detect, choose 0. 25 % Mg ( NO3 )2 -0. 5 % TritonX - 100 as the sample diluent, 0. 1% Pdcl2 - 0. 125 % Mg ( NO3 ) 2 - 0. 5 % TritonX - 100 - 1% HNO3 as the substrate modifying addition, apply three-step uniform speed dry graphite atom absorption spectrum temperature programming, as a result, the sensitivity is b =0. 21370 A (μg/L) , detection limit is 0. 07161μg/ L, relative standard deviation range is 0. 8% -1.5%, recovery rate is 98. 8% -99. 2%, linear range 0 - 10μg//L, sample storage stability is longer than 10 days, to detect urine samples of 60 occupational workers in a battery factory, and 79 people never contact with cadmium in an enterprise, urine cadmium concentrations are 7.31±4. 371μg/g cr and 1.23±1. llμg/g cr, the differ- ences have statistical significance. Conclusion using this method, urine specimen can be detect directly, simple, fast, sensitive, accurate, reliable, can satisfy high-flux detect.
