摘 要:以n-BuLi为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、GDEE为结构调节剂、SnCl4为偶联剂,合成了线型和星形立构嵌段中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶。研究了硬段和乙烯基结构含量的控制方法,考察了偶联剂用量、偶联反应时间、偶联剂加入方式、硬段含量对偶联反应的影响。发现,随着硬段质量分数、硬段中乙烯基摩尔分数的增加,偶联效率逐渐减小;分批加入偶联剂有利于加宽产物的相对分子质量分布;偶联效率随着偶联剂两批加料时间间隔的减小而增大。The synthesis of linear and star stereoblock medium vinyl polybutadiene rubber was studied with BuLi as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent,GDEE as structure adjusting agent and SnCl4 as coupling agent.The controlled method of block composition and vinyl content was researched, and the effects of coupling agent amount, reaction time,adding method of coupling agent,block composition on coupling reaction were investigated.It was found that the coupling reaction efficiency decreased with the increase of the content of vinyl polybutadiene block and vinyl structure, and adding coupling agent twice could widen the distribution of relative molecular mass.
