摘 要:在循环冷却水处理方案中通常使用唑类作为铜及铜合金的缓蚀剂。唑类的性能和效果受唑类在冷却水中的稳定性以及在铜及铜合金表面成膜的稳定性和持续性的影响。影响唑类稳定性的一个重要的因素是在使用唑类缓蚀剂的冷却水系统中使用卤素来控制微生物。HRA是一种新的改性唑类铜缓蚀剂,与传统的唑类铜缓蚀剂相比较,具有更好的性能与稳定性。即使在使用卤素杀菌的冷却水系统中,其性能也很稳定,既可以作为铜缓蚀剂单独使用,也可以与其它缓蚀剂联合使用,为用户提供抗卤素氧化的腐蚀控制方案。比较了这种新的耐卤素唑类铜缓蚀剂(HRA)与传统唑类缓蚀剂的性能和特征。corrosion. Traditionally azoles are used in cooling water treatment pmgrammes for inhibition of copper and copper alloy The performance and efficacy of azoles is affected by the stability of the azole in the cooling water medium and stability or persistency of the protective azole film on copper or copper alloy metallurgies. One significant factor which can affect azole stability is the use of halogens for microbiological control in systems using azoles for inhibitionof yellow metal corrosion. A new yellow metal corrosion inhibitor with improved performance and stability compared to traditional azoles has been developed. The new yellow metal inhibitor is stable in systems which are halogenated and can be used separately for corrosion inhibition of copper or copper alloys, or, in conjunction with other inhibitors, to provide a programme in which all components are halogen stable. This paper compares properties and performance of the new halogen stable yellow metal corrosion inhibitor with the traditional azoles.
