摘　　要：阐述了光纤余长形成的机理,逐个分析影响光纤余长控制的各种因素,对PBT松套管挤出的主要工艺控制进行了探讨,以及对PBT套管后收缩的现象进行了剖析,并根据生产经验提出了一些改进措施。The forming mechanism of fiber excess length （FEL） is described. Various factors of affecting the control of FEL are analyzed one by one. The main process control for PBT loose-tube extrusion is discussed. Furthermore the post-extrusion shrinkage of PBT loose-tube is analyzed, and some improvement measures are proposed based on the production experience.
