摘　　要：氧气压缩机突然发生振动异常,为了保证安全生产,通过S8000在线状态监测系统对振动数据进行分析,及时判断故障原因和趋势,确定故障的检修时机,保证了设备运行的安全性。The oxygen compressor broke out the vibration abnormally. To guarantee safety production, vibration data were analyzed by S8000 on-line state monitor system so as to find out the fault causes and trend were in time and to determine fault maintenance time. It ensured safety of equipment running.
