摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜监视下松解臀肌筋膜挛缩症的康复护理。方法:术前针对儿童患者采用个性化的心理辅导,对患者家属进行健康教育,术后在确保无痛的前提下督促患儿尽早进行循序渐进的功能锻炼,并定期随访。结果:术前健康教育及心里辅导消除了患儿对手术的恐惧感,患儿及家属表现出了良好依从性;术后早期及时的功能锻炼明显改善了髋关节活动范围;术后随访显示患儿步态、下蹲、交腿等动作显著改善,体育成绩均明显提高。结论:针对关节镜监视下松解臀肌筋膜挛缩症具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,相应的康复治疗对患者髋关节功能恢复具有重要意义。Objective Discuss the perioperative nursing mode of loosing gluteal muscle contracture byarthroscopically. Methods Preoperatively give children patients individual psychological guidance; give their family caregivers healthy education, Postoperatively, supervise and urge children patients to have pain-free functional exercises in proper sequence at the first opportunity. Then follow up regularly. Results The dread to operation of children patients was eliminated by preoperative healthy educations and psychological guidance, both the patients and their family caregivers showed good compliance ; the motion range of the sick hip was improved by the early- and in-time functional exercises in post operation. The postoperative follow-up shows the patients＇ gait, squat, cross-leg was improved significantly, also their performance score in physical education, Conclusion There are the advantages of minor trauma and fast recover in loosing gluteal muscle contracture by coblation arthroscopically, And the corresponding nursing plan in perioperation is important to the sick hip＇ s function recover in long term.
