摘  要:采用真空沉积法制备了结构为ITO/PE-DOT∶PSS(60nm)/m-MTDATA(20-60nm)/Cu(Ⅰ)-complex(20-60nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(100nm)的有机光伏(OPV)器件,其中m-MTDATA作为电子给体,Cu(phen)((DPEphos))BF4是一种作为电子受体磷光Cu(Ⅰ)配合物。该OPV器件在可见区几乎没有响应仅仅在长波紫外区有响应,这种可见盲区OPV器件在1.5mW/cm^2的365nm紫外光从ITO玻璃方向垂直照射下的开路电压Voc,短路电流Isc和填充因子FF分别为1.95V,107.9μA/cm^2和0.283,能量转化效率达到3.97%。还研究了不同紫外光照射强度对器件主要PV性能与照射强度的倚赖关系。Organic ultraviolet (UV) detector based on photovohaic (PV) diode was demonstrated by using a phosphorescent Cu-complex and a diamine derivative as electro-acceptor and electro-donor, respectively. The Cu-complex is Cu(DPEphos) ((phen)) BF4 in which DPEphos and phen denote 6,7- Dicyanodipyrido [2,2-d: 2', 3' -f] quinoxaline and 1,10-phenanthroline, and the diarxfine derivative, m-MTDATA is 4, 4', 4"-tris- (2-methylphenyl phenylamino) triphenylamine. The UV diode has highly sensitive to UV light while has almost no respouse to the visible light larger than 400nm. Under illumination of a UV lamp with 365nm a short circuit current (Ⅰac) of 107.9/zA/cmz determined which increases up to 993.6μA/cm^2 as the UV power was enhanced to 15mW/cm^2 , and then even under 0.01mW/cm^2 Voc also is lager than 1.40V. It is expected that the OPV diode will be potentially applied as UV detector.
