贵州省2090例寄生虫病住院病例回顾性调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵州寄生虫病住院病例情况,分析主要危害病种,为制定防治规划提供依据。方法收集住院病例资料并统计、分析。结果省、地(州)、县级25所医院1991～2002年寄生虫病住院病例存档共2090例,为蛔虫、肺吸虫、囊虫等13种寄生虫感染病例。病例数居前三位的为胆道蛔虫1097例(52.49%),肠蛔虫876例(41.91%),肺吸虫病67例(3.21%)。胆道蛔虫患者多集中在20～39岁年龄段,484例(44.12%),男、女患者数之比为1∶1.82;肠蛔虫患者多为14岁以下少年儿童,男、女之比为1.51∶1。肺吸虫病患者5～14岁者居多,男、女之比为4.15∶1。结论胆道蛔虫病、肠蛔虫病、肺吸虫病为目前我省危害严重的人体寄生虫病,相应的预防控制工作应予以加强。Objective To understand the condition of cases in hospital with parasitic diseases, analyze the major parasitic diseases which serious harmful for human health, and provide basis for making out control planning. Methods The data for the inpatient cases from 1991-2002 were collected and analyzed. Results 2090 cases of parasitic diseases were found from 25 hospitals （including province, region, and county）. There were 13 kinds of parasitic diseases, such as ascariasis, paragonimiasis, cysticercosis and so on. The most three kinds of parasitic diseases were ascariasis of biliary tract, intestinal ascariasis, paragonimiasis. The number of cases was 1 097 （52.49%）, 876 （41.91%） and 67 （3.21%）, respectively. The cases of ascariasis of biliary tract were focus on the people from 20 to 39 years old with 484（44.12%） cases. The proportion between male and female was 1：1.82. The cases of intestinal ascariasis were mainly children below 14 years old, and the proportion between male and female was 1.51：1. The major cases of paragonimiasis were from 5 to 14 years old, and the proportion was 4.15：1. Conclusion Ascariasis of biliary tract, intestinal ascariasis and paragonimiasis ascariasis were still the major parasitic diseases which seriously damage to human health in Guizhou province in the present. The prevention and control measures should be strengthened.
