毛毕属吸虫尾蚴性皮炎的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查淮河流域淮南段是否存在毛毕吸虫尾蚴性皮炎的流行。方法对淮南地区沿淮居民作现场调查和体检,以了解尾蚴性皮炎的感染情况;现场采集耳萝卜螺用直接压片法分离尾蚴,并用此尾蚴感染实验室饲养的雏鸭,23天后解剖取成虫;购买当地居民养殖的家鸭于实验室中做病原学研究:用直接涂片法检查虫卵,用水洗沉淀法收集虫卵,用毛蚴孵化法分离毛蚴,并用此毛蚴感染实验室养殖的耳萝卜螺,最后解剖家鸭收集成虫。结果淮南地区从事农业生产和渔业生产的居民在接触疫水后出现皮炎表现,人群感染率为79.37%。从现场捕获的耳萝卜螺体内可分离到有眼点的叉尾蚴,感染率为1.09%。从购买家鸭的粪便内可查到虫卵,孵出的毛蚴感染实验室内养殖的耳萝卜螺,可获得与上述形态相同的有眼点的叉尾蚴。解剖自然感染和人工感染的家鸭,均可获得毛毕吸虫成虫。以上所获的虫卵、毛蚴、尾蚴和成虫经鉴定均为毛毕属吸虫某一生活期。结论淮河流域淮南段有尾蚴性皮炎流行,其病原为毛毕属吸虫尾蚴。Objective To research whether or not the cercarial dermatitis of Trichobilharzia prevail in Hualnan section of Hualhe watershed. Methods To investigate and examine the residents living along Hualhe basin to understand infection status of cercarial dermatitis. To collect Radix auricularia and separate cercarie by method of direct crush, then these cercarie were used to infect young ducks which were raised in laboratory. The infected ducks were dissected to get adult worm in 23 days. The domesticated ducks bred by local residents were used for etiologic study in lab. The eggs were checked by method of direct smear and collected by sedimentation, the miracidia were separated through hatching method and the miracidia were used to infect Radix auricularia bred in lab. The domesticated ducks were dissected to collect adult worm. Restdts Residents engaging in agricultural production and fishery occurred dermatitis after contacting lake water. The infection rate of the residents was 79.37%. The cercafia with eye spot were found from Radix auricularia collected in the field, the infection rate was 1.09%. The egg could be checked from stool of domesticated ducks bought in the locality, the miracidia hatching from the egg could infect Radix auricularia bred in Lab, and the cercarie with eye spot and furcated tail with the same morphology could be collected. Adult worms could be got through dissecting domesticated ducks which were natural infected or artificial infected. The above-mentioned eggs, miracidia, cercarie and adult worms were all identified to belong to the life-phase of Trichobilharzia. Conclusion The cercadal dermatitis of Trichobilharzia prevails in Hualnan section of Huaihe watershed and the pathogen is cercarie of Trichobilharziaa
