摘 要:目的评价50%氯硝柳胺可湿性粉剂不同方法现场灭螺效果。方法选用50%氯硝柳胺可湿性粉剂,现场均按2g/m2比例拌沙、喷粉法均匀撒在试区,同时设喷洒和清水对照。分别于施药后5d、10d、15d及30d采用系统抽样捕获框内全部钉螺,用敲击法观察钉螺死亡情况,计算死亡率。结果现场喷粉、拌沙15d及30d后校正钉螺死亡率分别是71.9%、74.34%和81.08%、73.74%,两种方法灭螺效果差异无显著性。结论在本次实验条件下,50%氯硝柳胺可湿性粉剂喷粉法与拌沙法有相同灭螺效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of snail control with different methods using molluscicide in the field. Methods Four patches with snails were selected for trial area in the marshland. Four groups, spraying the compound of niclosamide and sand with the proportion 1:10, spraying niclosamide directly, spraying niclosamide with water, and spraying water, were set respectively in the patches. Snail survey by systemic sampling method was carried out 5d, 10d, 15d and 30d later, respectively. The death rate was calculated by crushing snails. Methods The corrected death rate was 71.9% and 74.34%, respectively after 15d and 30d by spraying niclosamide directly, while the rate was 81.08% and 73.74%, respectively after 15d and 30d by spraying the compound of niclosamide and sand. There was no significance between the two methods. Conclusion There was the same mollusicide effect by spraying niclosamide directly and spraying the compound of niclosamide and sand in the field.
