摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧对牵张成骨作用的影响。方法:将家兔下颌牵张成骨实验模型分为两组,A组接受高压氧治疗,B组未接受高压氧治疗。采用彩色病理图像测量系统对两组进行定量分析,比较新骨形成情况。结果:在牵张成骨过程中,A组骨小梁形成明显优于B组(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧能加速骨形成,促进牵张成骨。Objective:To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen on distraction osteogenesis. Methods:An experimental rabbit model of mandibular distraction osteogenesis was established. 24 rabbits were divided into two groups. Group A were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and group B were given nothing. The quantitative analysis and the comparison of new bone formation were made in the two growps by using bone histomorphometry. Result:During the process of distraction osteogensis,the new bone formation of Group A was much better than that of group B (P〈0.01) . Conclusion :Hyperbaric oxygen can improve the new bone formation in distraction osteogenesis.
