摘　　要：以VB.net为开发平台,用SQL-Server数据库存储属性数据,调用MapObjects控件,结合IIS与MO IMS,采用西安市1∶50 000基础地理数据,设计并开发了基于Web GIS的城市环境监测管理信息系统.该系统具有数据采集、数据分析、信息查询、辅助决策、多媒体显示及数据动态管理等功能.A environmental monitoring and management information system for cities based on Web GIS was designed and developed on VB. net and using caves attribute data through SQL-Server database, Map Objects control, IIS and MOIMS, as well as 1 ： 5000 Fundamental Geographic Information of Xi＇an City. This system has functions of collecting, analyzing, searching, decision-making, multimedia displaying and dynamic management.
