氨甲喋呤单次肌注与分次肌注治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨氨甲喋呤（M TX）单次肌注与分次肌注治疗输卵管妊娠（FP）的疗效。方法：选择异位妊娠血-βhCG〈6000IU/L,包块直径〈5cm,要求保守治疗的患者随机分组,单次肌注组18例,分次肌注组14例。结果：两组均于治疗后第8天血-βhCG开始明显下降,与治疗前比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后包块消失时间分别为14-100d,21-63d,两组无显著性差异。两组成功率比较无显著性差异。结论：氨甲喋呤单次肌注治疗输卵管妊娠是一种可行性的新方法,较其它保守治疗有一定的优越性,并且安全、经济、疗效高,副作用小,而且不影响生育功能。Objective： To evaluate the curative different effect of single- dose and multiple- dose injection of methotrexate on fallopian pregnancy. Methods：We delected serum 13-hCG〈 6000IU/L and mass diameter 〈5cm from 32 clinical cases of ectopic pregnancy. The patients who disliked to treat by surgery were divided into two groups ： 18 cases was treated with single-dose injection of methotrexate and 14 cases was treated with multiple-dose methotrexate injection. Results：β-hCG of both groups was greatly decreased after 8- day treatment,with significant difference between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05） . The extinction time of the mass of two groups was 14-100 days and 21-63 days,respectively, with no significant difference between two groups. There was no significant difference in the success rate of both groups. Conclusion.The management of fallopian pregnancy by single-dose injection of Methotrexate is a new effective way, and it is an outstanding,safe,economic and effective method with a high success rate and few side effects compared with other treatments. Our method doesn＇t affect the patients＇ reproductive function.
