手术病人麻醉后留置胃管的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:消除病人因术前清醒状态下插胃管带来的恐惧和不适,减少粘膜损伤。保证病人安全舒适。方法:全麻和硬膜外麻醉98例,全麻气管插管及硬膜外加浅镇静麻醉下插胃管。结果:粘膜损伤2例,一次性置管成功率98%。结论:麻醉后留置胃管能减轻病人在置管过程中出现的一系列不良感受和反应,提高了插胃管的成功率,保证了病人的安全舒适。Objective：To eliminate fear and discomfort of preoperative awake patients due to gastric tube insertion and reduce rnucosal injury to ensure the safety and comfort of the patients. Methods：There were 98 cases of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia, and they were subjected to the tracheal intubation under general anesthesia and the stomach-tube intubation under epidural shallow sedation anesthesia. Results：Mucosa damage showed in two cases,and there was the success rate of one-time intubation of 98%. Conclusion ：Indwelling tube after anesthesia can reduce patients＇ uncomfortable feelings and reactions in their intubation, improve the success rate of stomach-tube intubation and ensure the safety and comfort of the patients.
