摘　　要：为了深入了解我国医学科研机构的组织管理现状及发展态势,通过对上海、浙江、广东部分医疗卫生科研机构进行调研,对相应的科研绩效进行评价,为科研机构与政府决策提供参考。　In order to get well understanding of organization management status of the medical research institutions and operation trends in China,we sampled some medical research institutions in Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong for case study,evaluated the corresponding research indicators and their performance,while providing reference of making-decision for the related research institutions and the government.
