产前超声诊断胎儿畸形53例分析

摘　　要：目的研究胎儿畸形的超声声像图特征及产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法对2005-2006年来本院检查的2 622例孕妇进行超声筛查胎儿畸形，并对明确诊断的53例胎儿畸形进行回顾性分析。结果53例胎儿畸形中发生畸形比例由大到小的依次为脑积水、唇腭裂、前腹壁缺陷、无脑儿等。结论产前超声筛查可以较早、较准确地发现胎儿发育异常，为临床是否终止妊娠提供重要信息。Objective To study the sonographic characters of fetal anomaly and evaluate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasonic screening in diagnosis of fetal anomaly. Methods During 2005 - 2006 2 622 pregnant women received prenatal ultrasonic examination. Retrospective study was applied to analyzed 53 cases of fetal anomaly among them. Results The constituent ratio of fetal anomaly was decreasing as dropsy of head, anencephalus, cheilopalatognathus and anterior abdominal wall discrepancy in the 53 cases. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonic examination can discover fetal dysplasia early and exactly. It can provide important information for the termination of pregnancy and elevate the quality of birth.
