摘　　要：目的:探讨股静脉留置导管致血行感染的原因,为临床预防提供依据。方法:采用血液和皮下段管子同时取标本做细菌培养的方法。结果:从8例送检标本中培养出相同病原菌5例,培养出不同病原菌3例。结论:股静脉留置导管致血行感染机率高,临床护理必须重点防范。Objeetive： To inestigate the reson for blood infection which was induced by indwelling canal in femoral vein.Methods： Take sample from the blood and the skin undered the canal to make germiculture. Results： The pathogen cultured form the samples was same in five cases of the eighe ones, but it was different in the other three cases. Conclusion： The probability about blood infection of indwelling canal in femoral vein is high, we must keep away the infection in clinical nursing.
