摘　　要：目的:优选天元克痛方提取工艺。方法:以干膏量、延胡索乙素提取量为评价指标,选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,利用正交试验L(934)确定天元克痛方水提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量,提取3次,2h/次。结论:该提取工艺简单、可行。Objective：To find the optimum extraction process for Tian Yuan Ke Tong Fang.Methods：Optimum extraction process of Tian Yuan Ke Tong Fang was investigated by orthogonal design with tetrahydropalmatine and dry-paste as marker.Results： Optimum processing condition was water reflux-extraction three times with 10 double, 2 hour at a time.Conclusion：This method is simple and feasible in mass production.
