摘　　要：部门核心竞争力是近年来十分重要的一个战略管理概念,笔者对解放军总医院医学保障部的核心竞争力进行分析,探索性提出构建综合性医院医学保障核心竞争力的途径、培育方式和可持续发展策略,旨在增强医学保障综合能力,为创新现代医学保障模式打基础。Department＇s core competitive power becomes one of the most important and effective conception of strategic administration in recent years. This article identifies the core competitive power of medical support department in the General Hospital of PLA, probingly puts forward the buildup and cultivation of the competitive power and the sustainable development strategy,aims to enhance people＇s recognision of medical support which is between clinic medicine and logistic support, and at the same time, proposes constructive measures for fostering outstanding capability in comprehensive medical support.
