捻系数对棉/涤纶长丝Sirofil复合纱成纱性能的影响

摘　　要：以低弹涤纶长丝和精梳纯棉粗纱为原料,在其他工艺参数不变的情况下,采用平分法纺制不同捻系数的棉/涤纶长丝Sirofil复合纱,并测试了纱线的强伸性能。分析得出实验范围内棉/涤纶长丝Sirofil复合纱的最优捻系数范围为303～321。By the use of low-stretch polyester filament and combed cotton roving,Sirofil filamment yarns of different twist factor are spun in the condition of other constant parameters. Yarn elongation strength are tested and analysed. The results show that the optimum twist factor of cotton polyester Sirofil composite yarn is in the range of 301～321.
