摘 要:目的观察重组人生长激素(r-HGH)、雌激素(estrone,E2)及两者联合应用对抗酒石酸酸性酶(TRAP)的活性及剩余牙槽骨骨形态计量学指标的影响,以明确两药单用及联合应用延缓骨质疏松(OP)所致的剩余牙槽骨吸收及其机制。方法通过去除SD大鼠双侧卵巢,拔除单侧上颌磨牙,建立去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨动物模型,建模成功后分为模型组和治疗组,治疗组分别给予r-HGH、E2单用及联合治疗。药物治疗4周及8周后,检测各组血清TRAP含量及形态计量学指标的改变。结果①E2治疗组(ERT)、联合治疗组(Er-HGHT)TRAP含量低于模型组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;ERT、Er-HGHT两组TRAP含量基本相同,但都与r-HGH治疗组(r-HGHT)有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②去势可使大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁面积比减少,宽度减小,髓腔扩大,加速剩余牙槽骨的吸收。r-HGH、E2单用及两者联合应用4周及8周后可提高去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁宽度、骨小梁面积视野百分比,降低骨小梁间隙宽度。结论r-HGH、E2单用及两者联合应用在一定程度上延缓骨质疏松大鼠剩余牙槽骨的快速吸收。Obiective To study the effect of estrogen, recombine human growth hormone and their combinations on residual ridge reduction in osteoporotic rats. Methods Animal models were established by ovariectomy and exodontia on left partial maxillary, then were devided into osteoporosis group and treatment groups; treatment groups were given estrogen and recombine human growth hormone medicial alone and their recombinations. After treatment for 4 and 8 weeks with drugs, the effects of estrogen and recombine human growth hormone on the serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase level and bone histomorphometry changes in maxillary were observed in each group. Results ① The serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase level was obvionsly lower in ERT group and Er-HGH group than in OP group (P〈0.05). There was no difference in ERT group and ErHGHT group, but had statistical difference with r-HGHT group (P〈0.05). ② Rabecular width and trabecular area of residual ridge reduced, trabecular separation of residual ridge enlarged in osteoporosis rats, osteoporosis accelerated resorption of residual ridge. Using estrogen, recombine human growth hormone alone and their recombinations for 4 and 8 weeks can increase trabecular area and trabecular width, reduce trabecular separation of residual ridge in osteoporosis rats. Conclusion Single use of estrogen and recombine human growth hormone and their recombinations can relieve resorption of residual ridge in some degree.
