摘 要:研究了新型荧光试剂3-(4’-碘基苯基)-5-(2’-羧基苯偶氮)若丹宁的荧光性能。实验发现,在pH5.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,痕量铝(Ⅲ)对H2O2氧化3-(4’碘基苯基)-5-(2’-羧基苯偶氮)若丹宁具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了催化动力学荧光法测定痕量铝(Ⅲ)的新方法。本法检出限为6.46×10^-9g·mL^-1,线性范围为0~0.015μg·mL^-1方法用于发酵粉和沸水中铝含量的测定,结果满意。The fluorescence performance of a new fluorescent reagent, 3-( 4'-iodinylphenyl )-5-( 2'- carboxylphenylazo) rhodanine, has been studied. A catalytic kinetic method was described for the determination of trace amount of aluminum ( Ⅲ ), based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of 3-(4'- iodinylphenyl)-5-(2'-carboxylphenylazo) rhodanine by hydrogen peroxide under the buffer medium of potassium hydrogen phthalate- sodium hydroxide. The linear range of this method was from 0 to 0. 015 μg.mL^-1 and the detection limit was 6.46×10^-9 g.mL^-1. The method was applied to the determination of trace aluminum in baking powder and boiling water with satisfactory results.
