英国城乡统筹推进城市化进程的经验

摘　　要：英国是世界上最早推进城市化的国家,经历过发达国家城市化进程中所有现象,因此总结英国城乡统筹推进城市化的经验对于我国城市化进程的健康发展具有重要意义。从英国的发展得出以下主要经验:推进城市化必须首先制定正确的计划;农业是推进城市化发展的基础;政府必须制定相关法律来保证城乡统筹发展;采取大城市和小城镇相结合的战略;广泛宣传,争取公众参与和政府决策结合起来。Great Britain is the earliest country in urbanization and has experienced what the developed countries have done, thus it＇s important to summarize its experiences. Studies on the experiences indicate that a proper plan must be made in the process of urbanization, that agriculture is the basis of urbanization, that the government should formulate laws to improve urbanization, that the key cities are integrated in developing with small towns, and that government policies and public participation are combined.
