摘　　要：党的十六届四中全会指出,建立社会舆情汇集和分析机制,畅通社情民意反映渠道。把建立和完善舆情信息汇集和分析机制写入《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》,体现了党中央对舆情研究的重视。近年来,国内学术界对舆情问题的研究日趋深入。文章以众多舆情研究的相关书籍和论文为主要依据,概括了在此领域内的近期研究情况,包括舆情概念和要素分析、舆情作用、舆情分析方法及群体性突发事件和舆情研究等内容。The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, compiling the establishment and perfection of the social public sentiments＇collection and analysis mechanism to ＂the Central Committee of the CPC （ Communist Party of China） ＇s resolution about enhancing Party＇s Ruling Ability Construction＂, pointed out that, we should establish social public sentiments＇collection and analysis mechanism and keep the avenues open for getting to know the social conditions and public opinions, which manifests that the Central Party Committee attaches great importance to the research of the public sentiments. In recent years, the research on public sentiments in the domestic circle is getting more and more profound. Based on the related books and papers, this paper summarizes the recent research in this circle, including the concept and factor analysis of the public sentiments, public sentiments＇function, public sentiments＇analysis methods and group unexpected accidents and public sentiments＇research and so on.
