摘　　要：目的探讨特发性甲状旁腺功能减退病人脑部CT表现。方法对16例特发性甲状旁腺功能减退病人的临床和脑部CT资料进行回顾性分析,16例病人均行平扫。结果16例病人脑部均显示对称性基底核钙化,钙化还可见于小脑齿状核、丘脑和大脑皮质下等区域。结论CT扫描对特发性甲状旁腺功能减退的诊断具有一定的价值。Objective To study the CT findings of the brain of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism （IHP） patients. Methods A plain brain CT findings of 16 IHP patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Symmetrical calcification in bilateral basal ganglia was found in all cases. The calcification was also seen in dentate nuclei, thalami and cerebral subcortial areas. Conclusion Brain CT scan is of definite value for the diagnosis of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism.
