摘　　要：上海农业保险历经二十多年的摸索,总结出一套在当地行之有效的保险模式,是我国目前仅存的几个成功的试点之一。政府补贴、"统保"、"共保"、"以险养险"是上海农业保险的基本经验。安徽应该在吸取上海经验的基础上,结合安徽的实际情况,通过制定地方性法律法规,采取积极的政策措施,规范与支持安徽农业保险的发展。　After more than twenty years of exploration,a series of effective insurance models have been summarized concerning agricultural insurance in Shanghai.Shanghai has become one of the existing experiment cities of agricultural insurance.In China the fundamantal experiences of agricultural insurance in Shanghai include governmental subsidy,＂unitive insurance＂,＂co-insurance＂,＂developing insurance with insurance itself＂,etc.We should standardize and support the development of agricultural insurance in Anhui by laying out local laws and adopting positive political means on the basis of learning from Shanghai＇s experiences and taking the realistic situation in Anhui into account.
