摘　　要：本文通过对国内外在农产品质量安全管理长效机制方面的相关检索,对我国在农产品质量安全管理长效机制实施的现状,存在的较突出问题进行了分析研究,并据此提出了进一步实施农产品质量安全管理长效机制的对策,加强农产品市场监管,建立农产品质量安全管理长效机制,保障农产品安全。　Through researching about the effect mechanism for quality safety of the farm produce in the world,this paper discussed the current situation and problems of implementation enduring effect mechanism for quality safety of the farm produce.According to the current situation and problems existed,several construcive countermeasures were put forward：Supervision should been strengthened to the market of the farm produce in order to make a powerful market motivation for the quality safety.Setting up an enduring effect mechanism for the extension of the quality safety of the farm produce so that it can be ensured to actualize fully with the help of the government.
