摘 要:采用离子注入技术处理小菊自交种子,种子发芽时间、发芽率均受影响,2.6-2.86×1016ions/cm2剂量范围内,随着剂量的加大,种子的始发芽日期、高峰期延后,发芽率急剧下降。0.78-2.86×1016ions/cm2剂量处理,M1代平均株高、冠幅与对照组比表现出明显的优势,平均叶片厚度比对照组增厚0.136 cm,叶片长度比对照组长1.14 cm,M1代植株光合速率明显提高,翌年植株脚芽萌发力增强。红色花具有遗传优势;白色花花色变异谱宽。小菊种子的适合剂量应在1.56×1016ions/cm2左右。 The effect of ion implantation on the self-pollinated seed of Dendranthema Morifolium with small infloresences was studied.The seed germination date was delayed and the germination rate was dramatically decreased with the dose increased in 2.6-2.86×10^16ions /cm^2.The height and crown spreadth per plant were stronger than control,the thickness and leaf length per leaf were 0.136cm thicker and 1.14cm longer than control respectively.The root-bud germination as well as the leaf photosynthesis rate could be increased with suitable dose of N+ implantation in M1 plants.Red color was inherited strongly in M1 plants,and white color was subjected to mutation with wide mutation spectra.The suitable dose of N+ implantation would be 1.56×10^16ions /cm^2.
