摘  要:为明确炮膛涂油对弹丸初速的影响,对火炮坡膛涂油条件下弹带挤进润滑状态进行了分析,建立了涂油挤进摩擦和油膜厚度的模型,估算了弹带塑性变形区的油膜厚度,采用130 mm火炮有关参量对影响摩擦系数的因素进行了计算与分析,拟合得到了弹带挤进摩擦系数的表达式.将这些结果嵌入现有火炮内弹道模型,能更好地描述挤进内弹道,为模拟和分析首发弹射程偏差提供理论依据.In order to clarify the influence of oil on interface upon initial velocity of projectile, the lubrication state of band entrance under the conditions of oil applied on forcing cone was analyzed. The mathematical model of band entrance, friction and the thickness of oil film on the interface was created. According to the model and some main parameters of 130 mm gun, the fac- tors affecting the friction coefficient were analyzed, and a calculating formula was concluded through simulating this mathematical model. The results can be used in existing interior ballistic model to describe the engraving process well. With the method of this paper a theory supply for simulating and analyzing the problem about " first-round hit and coverage of first burst group" is provided.
