摘　　要：论述从体质论治早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的意义。临床治疗中慢性肾功能衰竭的体质分型,基本治疗原则,以及从体质论治早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的药物选择等内容,认为根据疾病状态体质的不同类型进行相应的体质治疗,对于慢性肾功能衰竭而言,具有"治病求本"的实际临床意义,同时根据个体体质特点来制定治疗方案,更能体现"个体化治疗"的思想。The clinical effect of constitution theory in preventing and treating chronic renal failure in early and middle stage, constitution typing of patients, basic treatment principle and the medicine selection were explored. The corresponding treatment according to the different type of disease constitution had a practical role of ＂treatment aiming at origin＂. Simultaneously, the therapeutic scheme could be instituted according to the individual constitution and embodied the thoughts of individualized treatment.
