摘　　要：对甘温除热的中医治法进行了理论探讨。首先提出疑问,然后逐层进行分析,最后得出结论:甘温除热法适用于体虚者(气虚阳虚)外感发热,用甘温之品补气升阳,则热自止病自痊。The aim of this article is to explore and diseuss the theory of relieving fever with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature in TCM. First of all our own question was proposed, then the analysis was performed in detail and finally the cenclusion was obtained. This method was effective in patients with deficiency syndrome （Qi-asthenia or Yang-asthenia） with fever caused by exogenous pathogens. The drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature could also invigorate vital energy, and Yang Qi and then the fever was cured and the disease recovered.
