灵芪胶囊对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过实验研究,探讨灵芪胶囊对小鼠肝细胞瘤(S180)荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。[方法]采用体内实验法,于无菌条件下抽取传代7d、生长良好的S180荷瘤小鼠腹水,用无菌生理盐水1∶3稀释(约含瘤细胞2×103/L),按0.2mL/只接种于消毒后的小鼠右前肢腋部皮下,制成肿瘤模型,经口灌胃灵芪胶囊11d后,取瘤体称质量,计算抑瘤率;采用苏木-伊红(HE)染色,于光镜下观察各组肿瘤组织细胞形态学变化。[结果]灵芪胶囊各组与模型组相比肿瘤体积缩小,灵芪胶囊高、中、低剂量对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为22.18%、40.18%、36.40%;实验形态学结果表明,模型组、阳性对照组、灵芪胶囊组之间有一定差异,灵芪胶囊能在一定程度上改善肿瘤组织形态,从而为中药抗癌作用从微观方面提供了有力证据。[结论]灵芪胶囊对S180荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用。[Objective] To discuss the anti-tumor effect of Lingqi capsule in mice bearing S180 [Methods] In vivo experiment was adopted. Sample sarcoma H22 mice ascites growing for 7 days in asepsis condition was obtained. It was diluted at 1：3 with asepsis brine （about in- cluded sarcoma cell 2×10^6/mL） and then inoculated into skin of the right forelegs with 0.2 mL per mice to reproduce the model of mice sarcoma H22. After giving Lingqi capsule for 11 days the neoplasm was taken and weighed for calculating the rate of inhibiting tumor. After HE staining the sarcoma cell under was observed microscopically. [Results] The inhibitory rate of high, middle and low dosage group was 22.187%, 40.18% and 36.40% respectively. Lingqi Capsule could improve the tumor morphologic changes to some degree and provide some forceful evidences of anti-tumor effect of Chinese herbal medicine. [Conclusions] Lingqi Capsule can obviously inhibit sarcoma in mice bearing S180
