山核桃树枝水煎剂对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及对p53和PCNA表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨山核桃树枝水煎剂(DJM)对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对p53和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达的影响。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测小鼠S180肿瘤组织中的p53蛋白和PCNA蛋白含量。[结果]DJM对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率为35.68%;DJM对小鼠肉瘤S180肿瘤组织中p53和PCNA的表达较模型组明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]DJM对荷瘤鼠S180肿瘤组织的生长具有明显抑制作用;DJM可通过抑制肿瘤组织中突变型p53和PCNA的表达来发挥抗肿瘤的作用。[Objective] To study the tumor-reslstant effect of the decoction of Juglans Maxim＇s branch（DJM） in sarcoma-180 tumor-bearing mice and the influence on the protein expression of p53 gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）. [Methods] The protein contents of p53 and PCNA from bearing sarcpma-180 were determined by immunohistochemistry method. [Results] The tumor inhibitory rate of DJM in tumor-bearing mice was 35.68%; DJM can obviously decrease the expression of p53 and PCNA from sarcoma-180 mice tumor organism when compared with model group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] DJM has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the growth of tumor-bearing mice sarcoma-180 tumor and shows anti-tumor function by restraining the expression of mutant p53 gene and PCNA gene from tumor.
