摘 要:目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)阿托品化时间与预后的关系。方法 分析193例AOPP患者的临床资料,并对其阿托品化时间及阿托品用量进行分析研究。结果 193例AOPP患者中属于中度中毒102例和重度中毒91例,阿托品化平均时间为(4.6±0.5)h,重度中毒阿托品化平均时间为(6.8±0.7)h(P〈0.05);中度中毒阿托品用量平均为(134±79)mg,重度中毒阿托品用量平均为(625±298)mg(P〈0.01)。死亡患者中5~7 h后阿托品化明显高于4 h前(P〈0.05)。结论 AOPP在救治中应尽快达到阿托品化,防止反跳,积极防治并发症,以提高AOPP救治水平。Objective To explore the relationship of atropinization's time and prognosis in acute organophosphours insecticides poisoning. Methods The clinical date of selected 193 cases was analysed about atropinization's time and dosage. Results There were 102 cases of moderate poison and 91 eases of severe poison in the selected 193 cases. The mean time of atropinization in the moderate poison cases was (4.6 ± 0.5 )h, and in the severe poison eases was (6.8 ± 0.7 )h, the dosage of atropine in the moderate poisoning cases was ( 134 ± 79) mg and in the severe poisoning eases was (625± 298 ) rag( P 〈 0.01 ) , the atropinization's time after 5 - 7 h was longer than before 4 h in death cases( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The atropinization may prevent toxicosis repeating and complications in rescuing the patients from acute organophosphours insecticides poisoning.
