摘 要:2004年8月至2005年5月分4个航次对唐岛湾网箱养殖区沉积物中各形态氮、有机碳和有机质含量进行了现场调查,并利用有机指数和有机氮方法对沉积环境质量进行了评价。结果表明,唐岛湾网箱养殖区沉积物中总氮、有机碳和有机质的含量均显著高于对照点;养殖区总氮含量在0.627~2.558mg·g^-1之间,年平均值为1.273mg·g^-1,有机氮是沉积物中氮的主要存在形态;无机氮的主要形态以NO3^--N为主,其次是NH4^+-N,NO2^--N最少,从年际尺度来看,唐岛湾网箱养殖没有改变沉积物中无饥氮的结构组成特征;养殖区沉积物中NH4^+-N含量的季节变化呈现夏秋季高,春冬季低的趋势,主要是由养殖鱼类的放养规律、代谢活动、饵料投喂量所决定。沉积环境质量评价结果表明,唐岛湾网箱养殖区沉积物有机指数为0.087,属于较清洁范畴;有机氮含量为0.116,尚未受到氮的污染,属于尚清洁类型。On basis of field data measured during 4 cruises from August 2004 to May 2005, contents of different nitrogen forms, organic carbon, and organic matter in sediments of netcage culture areas in Tangdao Bay were analyzed. Moreover, sediment quality and pollution degree were assessed by organic index and organic nitrogen method. The results showed that contents of total nitrogen, organic carbon, and organic matter in the culture area were higher than control site significantly. Total nitrogen in the sediment ranged from 0.627 - 2. 558 mg·g^-1, with an average of I. 273 mg·g^-1 , and was mainly composed of organic nitrogen. NO3^- - N was a main form of inorganic nitrogen in both of culture area and control site, as viewed from the annual scale, cage culture activity did not change composition character of inorganic nitrogen in sediment. Seasonal change of NH4^+ - N in culture area was higher in summer and autumn, while lower in spring and winter, which may be attributed by the culture period, metabolic and feeding activity. The organic index of the sediment in Tangdao bay was found to be 0.087, show- ing that sediment quality was in the state of less clear, and the contents of organic nitrogen was detected to be 0.116 indicating that the sediment was not contaminated by organic matter.
